The progress depends largely on individual’s learning abilities.  It can range from 1 session to 12 sessions.  Usually, great improvement could be noted after 3 months of intervention.

My child isn’t formally diagnosed yet. Can we still get help?

At Planet Learning Centre, we do not need any diagnosis to support your child. We would do our evaluation to assess your child’s learning needs and to plan the intervention.

Do parents need to be involved in the sessions?

No, parents do not need to be in the session.  However, we welcome parent’s involvement in supporting the child’s learning.  Tips and strategies would be taught to parents if parents wish to learn.

Online/virtual session will depend on the individual’s attention span, behaviour and learning needs.  Parents could always check with the therapist on the suitability of virtual for your child.
